Description
SettlingVel
En

1.0/6.2012.

The program calculated settling velocity of spherical particles and nine other geometric shapes of particles that are within the appropriate Reynolds number. Dimensions of particles can be generated with random numbers from the set of statistical distributions (Uniform, Normal, LogNormal, Exponential, Weibull and Empirical). The generated data can be displayed graphically and saved as a text file.

SimDis – program generates random values (Monte Carlo simulation) of 14 continuous statistical distributions. Distributions are determined by the values of its parameters. Simulated values are recorded in the output list as a text which can then be saved or transferred (copy / paste) into a spreadsheet (Excel) or in a text processor (Word).

BernSim –Program that simulates a Bernoulli event in the population. Confidence limits of the proportion of an event in a population are determined by four different methods. Sample program calculates and graphically shows binomial distribution for a defined number of events.
