In the period from 20 – 23 February 2018, we participated in the MEDCIS project workshop held in Athens, Greece. Under the leadership of Hellenic Centre for Marine Research, the activities of the MEDCIS project (EU, DG Environment) are aiming at providing support to EU member states in the process of implementation of the Marine Strategy Framework Directive (2008/56 / EU), with special focus on the second phase of the reporting cycle.
